●       coldroom.ae

●       containercoldroom.ae

●       humidity.ae

●       flowerchiller.ae

●       chillerroom.ae

If an associated website has separate Terms & Conditions, those specific terms will apply to that website to the extent of any difference.

3. Website Information

Information provided on our websites is intended to give visitors a general understanding of our company, products and services.

Website content may include:

●       Service descriptions

●       Product information

●       Project examples

●       Images

●       Technical explanations

●       Application examples

●       General specifications

Website information should not be treated as a final technical specification, quotation, project design or contractual commitment.

Final specifications, quantities, capacities, equipment selections, prices, delivery periods, warranty conditions and project scope will be confirmed in the official quotation or other project documentation issued by TECHNOCREW TECHNICAL SERVICES.

4. No Online Purchase or Payment

Our website currently does not provide direct online purchasing or online payment for our engineering products and services.

Submitting:

●       A contact form

●       An email

●       A WhatsApp message

●       A telephone enquiry

●       A request for quotation

does not automatically create a contract between the customer and TECHNOCREW TECHNICAL SERVICES.

The UAE's modern technology-based trade framework requires clear disclosure of terms and transaction conditions where goods or services are sold through modern technology. Our website is currently primarily an enquiry and lead-generation platform rather than a direct online checkout service. UAE Legislation

5. Enquiries and Quotations

Customers may contact TECHNOCREW TECHNICAL SERVICES to request information or quotations.

To prepare a quotation, we may request information such as:

●       Required product or service

●       Room dimensions

●       Required temperature

●       Storage capacity

●       Product being stored

●       Site location

●       Available utilities

●       Drawings

●       Site conditions

●       Technical requirements

●       Other project information

A quotation is prepared based on the information available to us at the time.

If the customer's requirements, site conditions, measurements, scope or specifications change, the quotation may need to be revised.

6. Validity and Acceptance of Quotations

Each quotation may specify its own:

●       Price

●       Validity period

●       Scope of work

●       Payment terms

●       Delivery period

●       Technical specifications

●       Warranty

●       Exclusions

●       Customer responsibilities

●       Cancellation conditions

●       Other project-specific conditions

A quotation becomes binding only when it is accepted in the manner specified by TECHNOCREW TECHNICAL SERVICES and any required advance payment, purchase order, signed approval or other agreed requirement has been completed.

Acceptance may be confirmed by an approved quotation, signed document, purchase order, email approval or another method specified in the quotation.

UAE law recognises electronic transactions and electronic forms of agreement, subject to applicable legal requirements. UAE Legislation

7. Priority of Project Documents

If there is any difference between these general website Terms and a specific:

●       Quotation

●       Contract

●       Purchase order accepted by us

●       Technical proposal

●       Project agreement

the specific written project document will take priority for that project, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

This is particularly important for matters such as:

●       Pricing

●       Payment

●       Scope

●       Equipment

●       Delivery

●       Installation

●       Warranty

●       Cancellation

●       Project schedule

8. Prices

Prices displayed or discussed on the website, social media or general marketing material should not be considered final project prices unless clearly stated otherwise.

Cold-room and engineering projects can vary according to:

●       Dimensions

●       Temperature requirements

●       Equipment

●       Capacity

●       Materials

●       Site conditions

●       Installation requirements

●       Location

●       Electrical requirements

●       Additional works

The final price will therefore be stated in the official quotation.

Any applicable taxes, government charges, delivery charges or other costs will be handled according to the quotation and applicable law.

9. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each quotation or project agreement.

These may include:

●       Advance payments

●       Progress payments

●       Payments linked to manufacturing stages

●       Delivery payments

●       Installation payments

●       Final payments

Customers are responsible for making payments according to the agreed payment schedule.

Failure to make an agreed payment may affect manufacturing, procurement, delivery, installation or project completion timelines.

10. Order Confirmation

A project or order is considered confirmed when the acceptance requirements stated in the quotation have been completed.

Depending on the project, these may include:

●       Approved quotation

●       Purchase order

●       Advance payment

●       Approved drawings

●       Final technical confirmation

Manufacturing or procurement may begin only after the necessary approvals and payments have been received.

11. Customer Cancellation

A customer may request cancellation of a confirmed order before production begins, subject to the project conditions and applicable law.

Where TECHNOCREW TECHNICAL SERVICES has already completed engineering, design, drawings, site assessment, technical selection or other project preparation work, the reasonable cost of that work may be deducted from any amount eligible for refund.

This may include costs relating to:

●       Engineering work

●       Technical drawings

●       Design work

●       Site surveys

●       Technical calculations

●       Equipment selection

●       Project preparation

The remaining eligible amount, if any, will be determined based on the work already completed and the terms of the accepted quotation.

Once manufacturing, custom fabrication, procurement or other committed project work has started, cancellation rights and any refund will be determined according to the specific quotation, project agreement and applicable law.

Nothing in this clause is intended to remove any mandatory right that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes After Order Confirmation

If a customer requests changes after approving the quotation, such as changes to:

●       Dimensions

●       Temperature

●       Equipment

●       Room layout

●       Doors

●       Refrigeration capacity

●       Electrical requirements

●       Materials

●       Installation location

●       Project scope

TECHNOCREW TECHNICAL SERVICES may issue a revised quotation, variation or additional charge.

Such changes may also affect the delivery or completion schedule.

Changes should be confirmed in writing before the revised work proceeds.

13. Drawings and Technical Approvals

Where drawings or technical documents are provided for customer approval, the customer is responsible for reviewing them carefully.

Once drawings or technical specifications are approved, TECHNOCREW TECHNICAL SERVICES may proceed with manufacturing, procurement or installation based on that approval.

Changes requested after approval may result in:

●       Additional engineering charges

●       Material costs

●       Manufacturing changes

●       Project delays

●       Additional installation costs

The applicable charges will depend on the project and stage of work.

14. Delivery and Project Timelines

Any estimated manufacturing, delivery or installation period will be based on the information and conditions available when the quotation is prepared.

Timelines may depend on factors such as:

●       Customer approvals

●       Advance payment

●       Availability of equipment

●       Material supply

●       Site readiness

●       Access to the site

●       Government or authority approvals where applicable

●       Customer-requested changes

●       Transport

●       Supplier delays

●       Events outside our reasonable control

A delivery or completion estimate is therefore subject to the specific quotation and project circumstances.

15. Customer Site Responsibilities

For installation projects, the customer may be required to provide suitable site conditions.

Depending on the project, this can include:

●       Safe access to the site

●       Adequate working space

●       Electrical supply

●       Drainage

●       Civil preparation

●       Structural readiness

●       Permission to carry out work

●       Required permits or approvals

●       Suitable access for equipment and materials

The exact responsibilities will be specified in the quotation or project documents where necessary.

Delays caused by incomplete site preparation may affect the project schedule and may result in additional costs where applicable.

16. Installation

Where installation is included in our scope, TECHNOCREW TECHNICAL SERVICES will carry out the installation according to the agreed project scope.

Installation may include, depending on the project:

●       Cold-room panels

●       Doors

●       Refrigeration equipment

●       Evaporators

●       Condensing units

●       Electrical controls

●       Temperature controllers

●       Piping

●       Drainage

●       Related systems

The actual scope will always be determined by the accepted quotation.

17. Testing and Commissioning

Where applicable, TECHNOCREW TECHNICAL SERVICES will test and commission the installed system before handover.

Testing may include checks relating to:

●       Refrigeration operation

●       Temperature

●       Controls

●       Electrical operation

●       Fans

●       System performance

●       Other project-specific functions

The testing requirements depend on the type of project and agreed scope.

18. Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in the specific quotation, TECHNOCREW TECHNICAL SERVICES provides a standard one-year warranty for the complete cold room and supplied equipment.

The exact warranty commencement date, coverage and project-specific conditions may be stated in the quotation, handover document or warranty documentation.

Warranty service may require inspection of the system to determine the cause of the reported problem.

UAE consumer-protection law recognises warranty obligations and after-sales services, including repair or re-provision where legally applicable. These Terms are not intended to exclude mandatory warranty rights provided by applicable UAE law. UAE Legislation

19. Warranty Exclusions

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing, warranty may not cover problems caused by:

●       Misuse or improper operation

●       Accidental damage

●       Customer modifications

●       Unauthorised repair

●       Improper maintenance

●       Damage caused by third parties

●       Abnormal electrical supply

●       External power problems

●       Physical damage after handover

●       Failure to follow operating instructions

●       Site conditions outside the agreed design basis

●       Events outside our reasonable control

Normal consumables or maintenance items may also be excluded where stated in the quotation or equipment warranty.

Any manufacturer-specific warranty conditions for individual equipment may also apply.

20. Maintenance

Cold rooms, refrigeration equipment and other engineering systems require ongoing maintenance.

The customer is responsible for arranging appropriate maintenance after installation unless maintenance or AMC services are included in the project agreement.

TECHNOCREW TECHNICAL SERVICES may offer:

●       Preventive maintenance

●       Cold-room servicing

●       Refrigeration repair

●       AMC services

●       Technical support

These services may be covered by a separate quotation or maintenance agreement.

21. Third-Party Equipment

Some projects may include equipment manufactured by third parties.

Where applicable, that equipment may also be subject to the manufacturer's:

●       Warranty conditions

●       Technical specifications

●       Operating instructions

●       Maintenance requirements

TECHNOCREW TECHNICAL SERVICES will provide or facilitate applicable warranty support according to the project agreement and the manufacturer's conditions.

22. Technical Performance

Engineering and refrigeration-system performance depends on the operating conditions for which the system was designed.

The customer should inform TECHNOCREW TECHNICAL SERVICES accurately about matters such as:

●       Products stored

●       Required temperature

●       Storage quantity

●       Door-opening frequency

●       Product-loading conditions

●       Ambient conditions

●       Operating hours

●       Available electrical supply

Changes to operating conditions after the system has been designed may affect performance.

23. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, website content belonging to TECHNOCREW TECHNICAL SERVICES, including:

●       Text

●       Graphics

●       Logos

●       Website design

●       Marketing materials

●       Original photographs

●       Technical illustrations

may not be copied, reproduced, republished or commercially used without permission.

Project drawings, designs, technical documents and engineering work prepared by TECHNOCREW TECHNICAL SERVICES may also be protected by applicable intellectual-property rights and contractual conditions.

Providing a drawing to a customer for project review does not automatically transfer ownership of all underlying intellectual property unless specifically agreed in writing.

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current.

However:

●       Products may change

●       Equipment specifications may change

●       Images may be illustrative

The website should therefore not be relied upon as the final technical or commercial specification.

Always refer to the quotation and approved project documents.

We aim to keep our websites available and functional but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may temporarily restrict access for:

●       Maintenance

●       Security

30. Mandatory Legal Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or reduce any right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable UAE law.

Where mandatory legislation gives a customer or consumer greater rights than these Terms, the mandatory legal requirement will apply.

This is particularly important for matters governed by applicable UAE consumer-protection rules. UAE Legislation
